Should Form 1095-C Be Attached to Employee Tax Return?

  • After an employee has been issued a Form 1095-C, should he or she attach it to a federal return? I have heard contradicting remarks on the same. People say that it is to keep on records while others believe that it is necessary to file it. May accountants explain if such form should be filed with a return or kept merely to prove that it is covered?
